Like every nation which has burek, pita, other dishes from dough, spices and olive oil! \u00a0And the first dish I&#8217;ve tried was, of course, hummus! Hummus is everywhere! Usually served with lots of olive oil, pickled pepper and cucumbers, pita, chickpeas puree is a complete course by itself or it can be a good addition to any other dish. But the main ingredient that makes hummus be an Israeli one is a pretty huge portion of tahini added to it. Sesame seed sauce is a popular condiment throughout the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s especially prized in Israel because Jewish dietary tradition prohibits mixing meat and dairy products. Thus, the yogurt and cucumber or yogurt and mint sauce served with grilled lamb in Turkey and Lebanon would not be consumed in Israel. But don&#8217;t think that all people in Israel eat only kosher food according to these laws (kashrut). It regards only religious Jews. But as the tradition goes far to the history, people are used to it.<\/p>\n<p>As the daytime is really a hot period, the only thing you are able to eat is Jewish fast food. But, don&#8217;t think clich\u00e9 as it is so tasty! Starting from\u00a0<strong>falafel<\/strong>\u00a0and finishing with\u00a0<strong>sabich<\/strong>\u00a0[sabih].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2120\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/20160317-sabich-sandwich-vicky-wasik-1.jpg\" alt=\"20160317-sabich-sandwich-vicky-wasik-1\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1125\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This fast food is ready to help you even when you have a hangover! \ud83d\ude00 Seriously, a funny fact but true: the last day, the departure day was a tough one after much of local tasty white &amp; rose at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Habasta\">Habasta\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u05d4\u05d1\u05e1\u05d8\u05d4<\/strong><strong> restaurant<\/strong>&#8230; What was I told to do?! Go and eat the best sabich in the city \u2013 at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.ru\/Restaurant_Review-g293984-d5267510-Reviews-Frishman_Falafel_Frishman_Sabich-Tel_Aviv_Tel_Aviv_District.html\">Sabich Frishman<\/a>!<\/strong>\u00a0So what is it? This is a\u00a0sandwich made in a pita, stuffed with fried eggplant, hummus, salads, a hard boiled or baked egg and topped with tahini and amba (a tangy bright orange condiment made from pickled mango). Wow wow, sounds interesting, right? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1871\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0078.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0078\" width=\"2448\" height=\"2551\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2139\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0072-1.jpg\" alt=\"TEL AVIV \" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A more common sounds\u00a0<strong>falafel<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; in a pita, as usually served with hummus, tahini, some salad, and spices. And every person in Tel Aviv knows that the best falafel you&#8217;ll eat\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.ru\/Restaurant_Review-g293984-d2039127-Reviews-Falafel_Gabai-Tel_Aviv_Tel_Aviv_District.html\">Falafel Gabay<\/a>!<\/strong>\u00a0And it is really true, not only according to the Tripadvisor \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1972\" style=\"width: 6010px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1972\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1972\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0592-1.jpg\" alt=\"tel aviv jewish cuisine\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1972\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2134\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9304.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9304\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Bograshev\u00a0street, Falafel Gabay<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And if you&#8217;ve already arrived at the<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Bograshev<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>street<\/strong>, don&#8217;t leave it quickly! It is a very lively street with lots of \u201cbest\u201d of Tel Aviv: the best\u00a0Ha&#8217;pizza\u00a0is here, best sushi, Thai food, best falafel, right in the corner at\u00a0<strong>Pinsker street<\/strong>\u00a0you&#8217;ll find the best hummus at\u00a0<strong>Mshawashe<\/strong>! Ah! It is really something different which I&#8217;ve never tasted! The hummus is served warm in a deep bowl, so there would be around 400 grammes! And the main speciality and the particular taste comes from a lemon juice! Some local do love it, the others truly hate the acid flavor, saying that the real hummus can&#8217;t contain lemon!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ah! He does have a good taste, so I trusted him and followed his advice. Now I tell you, follow me! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Habasta\">Habasta<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant with local dishes in the heart of Carmel market.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1869\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9859.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9859\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1870\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9861.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9861\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Right after the greeting, you hear the words \u00abWe have all the seafood brought today from the sea\u00bb. And the waiter begins to tell about their appetizers: yellowfish, crab-burek (yes, with crab!), mashed artichoke with almond (this is paradise!)&#8230; Delicious! The goes the fish&#8230; Also, they have always fresh oysters and a very decent wine cart. Our choice was white &amp; rose wines.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2138\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9885.jpg\" alt=\"TEL AVIV, WINE\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The most particular\u00a0is\u00a0the location of this restaurant. It is located in a tiny street just behind the noisy Carmel market.
