This wonderful, cozy villa on the Ionian coast is located just 1.3 km from the beaches and 800 meters from the “center” of the seaside village.
It is located within the residence, surrounded by other villas.
It has a spacious living room divided into an area with a kitchen, a dining area with a large store, an area with a sofa and TV.
Further through the door we find ourselves in a corridor that leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are no adjoining rooms.
One bedroom has a double bed and one single;
The second bedroom has one double bed;
Bedroom three has a bunk bed.
There are air conditioners in the living room and one powerful one in the hallway for 3 rooms.
Each bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, everything you need for cooking.
The outer part of the villa is equipped with two verandas in different parts of the house.
It is also convenient that there are two entrances / exits to the front garden and to the backyard to the pool, which is adjacent to the covered gazebo, where there is a grill, table football, sun loungers.
The pool gradually reaches a depth of 1.90 meters.

Bicycles for guests are provided.
We also send a video of the villa to WhatsApp upon request, which shows that it is more comfortable live than in the photo 🙂 Until now, families have always been very pleased with it and the owner.
