An unforgettable activity — one day with Italian chef and lots of Puglia traditional dishes!
Homemade pasta, parmigiana, lasagna, gnocchi, focaccia barese, seafood — this is what you will cook for 4.5–5 hours with an Italian chef in a professionally equipped space!
And no matter if you know how to cook or not, if your kids cook or not. The most important is a good mood. All the rest will be arranged.
Notwithstanding the half of the day of cooking, the time flies! So much positive energy, easy atmosphere, laughs and good food - all this creates memories. The guests usually tell me something like “We thought it would be completely different, but it turned out so unusual and fun!”
For 5 hours of the culinary master class there is a surge of emotions! Our chef is a very positive lady and, of course, a professional of her craft.
Except the culinary recipes she adds to the activity a bit of local customs: going to the market before cooking, showing some particular vegetables and fruits, explain what are the bases of the local cuisine, etc. After that a cup of coffee. Of course! Otherwise it is not the Italian way to do things without having a coffee 🙂 At the end of cooking you’ll have a lunch of what you’ve created. It will be traditionally accompanied by home-made limoncello and other liquors made by chef.
