This cozy villa in Puglia with a 2300 m² fenced garden is a perfect choice for a big family or friends’ holiday on the Ionian coast of Puglia, 600 m away from the sandy beaches, restaurants, shops. It is a completely private and calm ambiance.
Villa is located just 7 minutes walk from the sea in a residential area of the summer town, 7-10 kms away from bigger Puglia towns.
The main building dates 18th century and is built in a typical Salento style with high star-shaped arches. Interior and exterior are made in light colors creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
Large covered patio is the highlight of the villa. Here, for the convenience of guests, there are sofas, armchairs, a dining table for 12 people and a 50-inch LCD TV so you can spend your time outdoors as much as you with.
The facade of the villa overlooks a courtyard decorated with olive trees, agaves and pittosporum. Privacy and security are guaranteed by a high fence around the perimeter of the villa, an alarm, and a generally quiet area around. Entrance – by car through automatic gates with remote control. There is also a smaller gate for entry.
Getting into the living area from the patio, on the right and left sides you will find 4 bedrooms, each with a separate entrance, equipped with an air conditioning, a TV, decorated with majolica elements from Grottaglie and Vietri, a private bathroom with shower. Windows are protected by mosquito nets and curtains (added in 2020). From the living room, which is also air-conditioned, you get into the kitchen, where there are all the necessary household appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine (in spring 2020 a separate laundry space was created. New pictures are awaited).
The garden has a barbecue, several dining tables decorated with majolica from Vietri (near the pool).
Two bedrooms have double beds; in the third bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed for children (200 * 80 cm). The fourth bedroom due to its size can be supplemented by a third bed.
